Choose between a pork, chicken or plant-based schnitzel base with an incredible selection of sauces and toppings at your disposal. Top your base with pork belly bites and Kielbasa sausage, or try the smashed avo, bacon and fried egg if you’re feeling fancy! When they start hankering for something to eat, The Bavarian’s delectable pretzels and Oktoberfest menu items are just the way to tame the little snack monster. They can experiment with sprinkles on their golden pretzels, or by filling them with something either savoury or sweet: flammkuchen style with ham and cheese, or with cherries, cream, or chocolate cream! Meet Adiel- Adiel, started with the team as a Runner, progressed into a supervisory role and then stepped up to become an Assistant Restaurant Manager. A couple of years and promotions later is now looking after the entire Melbourne area as our brand’s Area Manager!
Alternatively, you can follow the path of another staff member, Cara who started in Parramatta as a Runner, then was promoted to Assistant Restaurant Manager, then Restaurant Manager, and then ultimately was rewarded with a General Manager position at The Bavarian Rouse Hill! As one of the first Area Managers in our company, she eventually grew her position to run nine Bavarian venues across Western Sydney, Wollongong, and Tuggerah.
Careers can move quickly with The Bavarian! Take it from Sandra, who was a Runner in Munich Brauhaus, who eventually was promoted to Assistant Restaurant Manager. Sandra completed the Future General Manager program before receiving her first restaurant and is now the Food and Beverage Director of The Bavarian, as well as Munich Brauhaus and our Beerhaus brands.

The classic Käsespätzle is the perfect introduction to Bavarian cuisine: an egg noodle dish topped with layers of cheesy goodness, and finished off with extra crispy caramlised onions. You’ll never crave a mac and cheese again!
If sausages are the first thing that you want to indulge in, look no further than our incredible wurstplatter! With a wide range of succulent varieties from Frankfurter to Kielbasa and even a cheese Kransky, this platter is a showstopper in every sense of the word. Served with silky mashed potatoes, bier jus, and even a healthy heap of sauerkraut, you’re getting the real Bavarian experience, all in one go.
We think it’s safe to say that we all have a soft spot for a crispy, deliciously seasoned schnitzel. Any pub feed is blown away by our iterations, though!
