We’ve got plenty of Oktoberfest-inspired treats in store for you, so now is as good of a time as any to completely immerse yourself in German culture. Call up the crew and break out the lederhosen or dirndle to chow down on incredible Bavarian food while listening to the music of Oompah bands, playing on selected weekends. The Ultimate Oktoberfest Experience Is Here At The Bavarian

Get the Oktoberfest experience without having to even leave the country! Across our Australia and New Zealand venues, we’re treating you to oversized portions of German classics and a plethora of fun activities. On 17th September, after you start with your Schnapps upon arrival, we go all out with a band performing until 11pm, a live MC, steins of beer, and a stacked list of activities to get you into the spirit!*

Make sure to try and get your hands on our special edition pretzels from 16th September until sold out. The sky’s the limit when it comes to toppings: flammkuchen style (ham and cheese), cherries, cream, or chocolate cream! Whether you want it sweet, savoury, or supersized (our favourite), Oktoberfest is the time to go all out!

There’s a reason that Germany is famed for their beers worldwide, and we’re bringing 8 Oktoberfest brews from 16th September – 9th October for the full Oktoberfest experience! Explore what we have to offer with beer paddles, keg tapping, and weekly beer features to help quench that hoppy thirst.*

The Feast For The Hungriest Of Crews

Even the most ravenous of appetites are sure to be satisfied here at The Bavarian, we guarantee it! Choose between our two limited-edition set menus from 16th September to 9th October.

Order the OktoberBoss Set Menu for 4, or the Oktoberfest Mate Set Menu for 2, both available for $49pp in Australia, and $54pp in New Zealand. They’re a feast for the eyes and for the belly: a spread of pretzels, pork knuckle, pork belly, sausages, and schnitzels await! For sides, we round it out with mash, bread, red cabbage, sauerkraut, spätzle and a side of mustard for that signature German tang. If you’d like, feel free to add a strudel for dessert for an extra $7 to either set menu too! No need to ask us twice.

We’ve got a bevy of activities planned for you this Oktoberfest: transport yourself immediately to Bavaria itself the second you step into any of our venues from 16th September to 9th October.

Get in the spirit by putting on your best dirndl or lederhosen and get ready to dance the night away. Those that truly embody the Bavarian way can win a free pork knuckle, or even a $200 restaurant tab for their efforts! Each of our locations are transformed into a German wonderland with greenery, vibrant tablecloths, and even our staff in lederhosen themselves. We’re even hosting a sausage extravaganza every Sunday until 9th October*, so it’s the perfect opportunity to gather your biggest carnivore friends to try out our 6 types of bratwurst.

As The Bavarian’s Oktoberfest week winds down from 3rd-9th October, we’re making sure to end things with a bang.
